What is PEER?
The PEER program moves beyond traditional training by using a facilitated virtual group coaching format. Our aim is to enable professional connection, improved self-insight, emotional and cognitive flexibility, and shared learning through reflective, structured peer dialogue.
Step 01
Present Real Challenges
Bring your actual workplace or professional challenges to the group with curiousity.
Step 02
Reflective Questioning
Explore issues deeply, build self-insight and perspectives rather than simply receiving directive advice.
Step 03
Actionable Next Steps
Develop practical, sustainable actions for yourself and your team.
