Key Challenges for Coaching in Healthcare

FOR
COACHES-IN-TRAINING

Struggling to Get coaching experience?

Coaches in training or early career coaches can find it hard to access regular, real-client hours in a structured, supported way. This is particularly helpful for internal coaches whose primary career is not coaching, such as clinical staff.

Difficulty Marketing Yourself?

Coaches can lack confidence in sales and marketing. This model brings clients to them, so they can focus on coaching.

Feeling Unsupported?

Coaches can feel disconnected or isolated, particularly after formal training is complete. This platform offers community & peer connection.

Looking for Feedback or Mentoring?

Requesting client feedback can feel awkward and accessing coach mentors can be difficult. Coaches get valuable client feedback and access to mentoring, helping them grow in skill and confidence.

FOR HEALTHCARE LEADERS

Managing High Turnover and Low Engagement?

Coaching supports professional development, especially useful in early-career and high-stress roles, by improving self-efficacy and psychological wellbeing.

Looking to Improve Workplace Culture?

Behaviourally focused coaching helps seed culture change at the individual, supervisor, and leadership level—by building better listeners, communicators, and collaborators.

Curious about Equity for Professional Development?

This model provides access to support and growth regardless of position, location, or access to traditional leadership and professional development programs.

FOR HEALTHCARE STAFF/CLIENTS

Interested in affordable Coaching?

The Coaching Exchange is an affordable coaching experience for individuals, especially early-career healthcare professionals.

Keen to feel and function better now?

Many healthcare environments struggle with psychological safety, communication breakdowns, and top-down cultures. Clients develop self-awareness and skills to shift feelings, behaviours, and thoughts.

Looking to ease your load?

Coaching offers a protected, reflective space that can help healthcare professionals process stress, prevent burnout and loneliness, and make values-aligned decisions in high-pressure settings.

Wanting to develop with purpose?

The Coaching Exchange offers engaging development pathways that support behavioural growth, emotional intelligence, and reflective practice.
