Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Technology requirements

Coaching sessions usually require you to have a computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone, consistent reliable internet access, and with functioning audio and video capabilities, as sessions usually occur via Zoom.

It is strongly recommended you organise an efficient way to take notes, notate homework and agreed actions during sessions.

Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you decide you no longer want to receive coaching please discuss this with your coach, and/or contact Rita Holland, Director Capstan Partners by email info@capstan.com.au or call on 0413 599 009 as soon as possible.

Any costs incurred for used assessments will be non-refundable. Costs incurred for any unused assessment(s) may not be fully refundable. All used coaching hours will be non-refundable. Any unused coaching sessions paid for and not taken will be deducted pro-rata from the total amount of coaching fee paid. There is a $70 Cancellation Administration fee applicable on all programs.

Refunds may be made via direct bank transfer. Alternatively, the balance may be used toward another service or product, in consultation and agreed to by both parties.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

All Capstan Partners Coaches maintain industry standard best practice Professional Indemnity and Public Liability business insurance at all times.

Guarantees and Warranties

All Capstan Partners Coaches are extensively experienced and well-credentialed professional coaches to international professional coaching industry standards. Whilst coaching provides a safe space for coachees to identify and improve chosen development areas, we cannot guarantee coaching will deliver a specific outcome. Coaching outcomes are dependent on each coachee’s commitment, focus, follow-through, actions, skills, and communication.

Completing agreed tasks between sessions, communicating with your coach and dedicating time to implement agreed tasks and reflection will have a positive and direct effect on your results.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

Capstan Partners cannot be held responsible for any errors in the content presented, or for the information provided being accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 60 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

                            Rita is a program lead, facilitator and professional leadership coach. Over the past twenty years Rita has successfully designed, led and delivered a range of behavioural science-based programs. These services include group and individual coaching for leadership, professional development, performance improvement and career transition coaching programs, wellbeing & resilience training and coaching programs, and organisation and cultural alignment consulting programs.

                            Her coaching experience includes over 2,000 hours with senior leaders, including clinical and non-clinical doctors and healthcare professionals.  Rita graduated in 2007 with a Masters Applied Science (Coaching Psychology) Uni of Sydney and was awarded Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2020. Her ICF PCC Assessor accreditation in 2024 involves evaluating coaching competencies and ensuring adherence to ICF guidelines for quality and effectiveness for coaches who have completed at least 500 hours of coaching experience.
