Capstan Partners offers healthcare leadership coaching programs for clinicians and healthcare professionals for both individuals and groups. Each program may focus on different coaching goals, but all are based on working through an important issue that matters to you, setting goals and finding your path to effectively moving forward in real time.

Clinicians attend group or individual thought-provoking and creative sessions to give them space and time to reflect on what is important and then holds them accountable to change habits, maximising their personal and professional potential. Includes psychometric intake and evaluation surveys.

Clinicians engage in eight x one-hour virtual sessions including pre- and end- program psychometric assessments and debriefs. 360 assessments, sample report here, offers real-time snapshot of leadership capability: attitude, behaviour and performance, and reveal strengths and development opportunities.

Performance Coaching

Clinicians are under more pressure than ever. Remaining calm and presenting well in a high-stakes interview or a clinical examination requires self-management strategies that are hugely important, yet rarely taught. Performance coaching programs enable you to identify techniques that will work for you, curated with your coach and practiced and refined by you to ensure you put your best foot forward.

The Capstan Partners Performance Coaching program aims to:

  • Learn and embed new techniques that will help you reduce anxiety, build confidence and embed effective skillsets and mindset, and
  • Create higher levels of self-insight, awareness and techniques to overcome any self-defeating thoughts, negative emotions and behaviour.

Wellbeing Coaching​

Capstan Partners is proud to offer a tried and tested approach to improve your wellbeing through coaching. This program is based on our highly successful Coaching for COVID-19 study , and offers six virtual professional wellbeing coaching sessions designed to improve positive psychology outcomes such as flourishing and solution focused thinking.Over a five-month period, participants will:
  • Discuss the challenges of integrating professional and personal needs.
  • Develop personal insights, tools and techniques that are science-based to help evaluate and create sustainable behaviour change.

Burn Bright – Caring for Clinicians©

Burn Bright – Caring for Clinicians © is a series of virtual coaching sessions for groups of clinicians.Key to the success of Burn Bright – Caring for Clinicians© are opportunities to:
  • Attract, retain and sustain your valued workforce at a time of complexity, uncertainty and fatigue.
  • Create a workforce built on trust, where shared wisdom, experiences and knowledge support each clinician and their teams, and
  • Delve into both coaching and mentoring experiences to help you decide what is an important goal, be held accountable to change and set yourself up for success.
  • Four 75 minute webinars held at three week intervals, facilitated by highly regarded and experienced mentor clinicians and credentialed professional coaches
  • Clinicians enjoy the psychologically safe yet challenging webinars to discuss and resolve important goals at a time of overwhelming fatigue, complexity and uncertainty, and peer connections
  • Structured with an intensive curriculum of both didactic and interactive components.
